PMP GRACE AGRO INDIA PVT LTD, commenced its business operations in the year 2012 with the view to cultivate prone agricultural lands. It also develops housing projects especially to the weaker sections of the society by offering plots under Instalment Land Purchasing Scheme (ILPP) and Cash Down Land Purchase Plan (CDLPP). In order to expand the business through diversification, and to raise the required finance, the company became a public limited company, “PMP Grace Agro India Pvt Ltd Company”.
In view of encouraging measures taken by the Central Government to boost up the industry and economic conditions prevailing in the Country, Board had decided to diversify into, inter-alia, Construction activity in the year 2012.
